Right of Withdrawal
Under distance selling regulations, online consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery. Within this period, you may return a product without stating a reason.
- Care Requirements: You must handle the product and its packaging with care during this period, only unpacking or testing items as necessary to evaluate them.
- Original Condition: Returned items must include all supplied accessories, original packaging, and remain completely unused and undamaged. Damaged or worn goods are ineligible for a refund.
- Costs & Risks: The direct costs and transportation risks of returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Timelines: Once your return is received and inspected, eligible amounts will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days, excluding initial and return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation & Return Steps
- Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been paid, packaged, or dispatched, you can cancel immediately by emailing service@professornl.eu .
- After Delivery: If you wish to return a delivered package, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order, and ship the items back within the subsequent 14 days.
- Refused Deliveries: If you refuse an order without clearly indicating your wish to withdraw within the agreed period, you will be charged for both the order value and all additional transit and handling costs incurred.
Return Conditions & Reductions
We require strict adherence to the following conditions to process your credit successfully:
- Products must be completely unused, with no visible damage or signs of wear.
- All associated parts and packaging must be returned in the exact condition they left our warehouse, with sealed packaging intact.
- Refund values may be reduced if items are damaged by the user or compromised during return transit due to poor packaging.
